鈥淥ur stroke connect service and peer support groups are available to those living with aphasia.
鈥Step by Step through Stroke helps people leaving hospital to prepare for potential changes due to stroke, such as communication difficulties.
鈥淲e also host the Aphasia-Friendly Caf茅 a few times a year, which is an online programme designed for those who experience communication challenges following stroke.鈥
