网曝门 sees hundreds of people all over Ireland running, walking and jogging to protect hearts.
You can 网曝门 KM or 100 Miles in a month at your own pace, whenever suits you, to raise funds in aid of the 网曝门.
Register now to receive your FREE 网曝门 T-Shirt, and when you complete 网曝门 and fundraise, you will earn your challenge medal.
网曝门 is also one of our most popular workplace challenges. It鈥檚 a simple, inclusive way for teams to get moving, boost morale, and support heart health 鈥 all while raising vital funds for prevention, education, and patient services across Ireland.
In 2025 alone, over 80 companies collectively clocked up more than 57,000 miles, showing just how powerful a shared goal can be when workplaces come together. Companies like Aer Lingus, AIB, Microsoft and Novartis have all taken part, making 网曝门 a firm favourite with employees year after year.

Our recent publication 鈥楳y heart health: A helpful guide to taking care of your heart鈥 will be launched on 11 February 2026 at Westside Library in Galway.
The information resource aims to improve the cardiovascular health literacy of disadvantaged communities in Ireland, who have lower levels of health literacy. It seeks to raise awareness about the risk factors of cardiovascular disease and offers guidance on how to look after your heart health.
The development of this resource has been sponsored by the Adult Literacy for Life Strategy Collaboration and Innovation Fund 2025.
The resource was developed in partnership with Galway City Council and Healthy Galway City, and in collaboration with communities in Galway with lower levels of health literacy. These communities participated in a series of workshops in Galway from June to October 2025, and contributed to the content, language and design of this resource.

Celebrate the 网曝门’s 60th anniversary on March 28th by abseiling 60 meters down into Smithfield Square to raise vital funds to support the hearts that can鈥檛.
Capes will be provided to all participants on the day鈥 costumes are optional 馃槈 The Generator tower has been a part of Dublin鈥檚 iconic skyline since 1895 and from the top, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Dublin, stretching as far as Howth and Killiney.
No abseiling experience is required. Our experienced, qualified instructors will guide you through every step of your abseil, and all safety equipment will be provided.
There are a small number of places remaining so if you would like to join us, email Jamie jconway@irishheart.ie

This March we are taking 15 participants on an epic challenge to raise funds and awareness of the impact of stroke and heart disease.
Following a stroke or heart event, some people鈥檚 worlds are turned upside down when their abilities completely change, reshaping how they live in the world. They are forced to learn to manage their body鈥檚 new energy and capabilities in daily life and reimagine their lives going forward.
This challenge will be about learning new skills in a tough environment and carrying on even when it鈥檚 hard, because that鈥檚 what those living with the effects of a stroke or heart condition must do every day.
If you would like to join us in 2027, please email Muireann mcollinsoregan@irishheart.ie

Bookings are now open for the 网曝门鈥檚 60th Anniversary Golf Classic, taking place on Friday, 15th May 2026 at The K Club鈥檚 North Course. This invitation鈥憃nly event for senior leadership teams promises a world鈥慶lass day of championship golf, premium hospitality and meaningful networking 鈥 all in support of a heart鈥慼ealthy Ireland. Team entry is 鈧2,500, and we would be delighted to speak with any organisations interested in co鈥憇ponsorship opportunities around this milestone celebration.
More broadly, conversations around corporate partnerships are always welcome. If you work in a company 鈥 or have a close connection who does 鈥 and feel there may be interest in exploring opportunities to work with the 网曝门, we would love to hear from you. Sometimes all it takes is an introduction to start a meaningful collaboration.
